Some details
This organ, built around 1910 by Sweetland of Bath was remodeled in the 1960s by Henry Willis & Sons. In 2006 the organ was rebuilt and redisposed within the chamber following water damage and other effects of time. The specification was also completed with the addition of a Pedal Trombone, Violone and two new mixtures. A new Solid State transmission and capture system was installed and a new console added. This organ has never had decorative casework and work is currently underway to build a case fitting to the architecture of this interesting Maufe Church.
